1 General Terms

These Terms are written and published in English. 2 Age Restriction & Eligibility
In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all players:
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
- You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or director of zz55 or any of its technology or game-supply partners.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme that would prohibit your participation in online gaming activities.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Age Verification
zz55 is committed to preventing underage gambling. During the KYC verification process, players are required to submit a valid government-issued identity document confirming their date of birth. Documents accepted include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate where the NID or passport is not available. Withdrawals will not be processed for any account that has not completed age verification.
If zz55 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under the age of 18, the platform reserves the right to immediately restrict the account pending age verification and to withhold any withdrawals until satisfactory proof of age is provided. If the player is subsequently confirmed to be under 18, all gameplay will be voided, all winnings forfeited, and any deposited funds returned via the original payment method where technically possible.
3 Account Registration
To access real-money gaming services at zz55, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active zz55 account. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — whether under the same name, a different name, or using another person's identity details — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, zz55 reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently close all associated accounts without prior notice.

Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zz55 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. zz55 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that result from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify zz55 support immediately at [email protected].
zz55 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. 2FA adds a second layer of verification at login, requiring a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number in addition to your password.
Accurate Information
You must ensure that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate and up to date. If any of your details change — including your email address, phone number, or residential address — you must update your account profile promptly. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the zz55 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). zz55 supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladeshi market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.
Deposits
- The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500.
- Deposits are credited to your zz55 wallet in real time for bKash and Nagad, and within standard processing times for bank transfers.
- zz55 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which zz55 accepts no responsibility.
- Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — payments made on behalf of another person — are not permitted.
- zz55 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit transaction as part of its fraud prevention and anti-money laundering obligations.
Withdrawals
- The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are processed only after KYC identity verification has been successfully completed on the account.
- Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your zz55 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
- zz55 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving any withdrawal request. During such checks, funds may be temporarily held. zz55 will communicate the reason for any delay within 24 hours of the withdrawal request being submitted.
- In the event that a player receives a withdrawal in error, they are obligated to notify support immediately. Failure to do so may result in account suspension.
Anti-Money Laundering
zz55 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering or the financing of unlawful activities. All transaction activity on the platform is monitored. Any account suspected of engaging in suspicious financial activity will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be shared with the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
zz55 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiry dates. These specific terms are always displayed on the promotion page or communicated at the time of the offer.
General Bonus Rules
- Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the required number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
- Unless otherwise stated, the maximum bet permitted while a bonus wagering requirement is active is ৳500 per spin or ৳1,000 per round for table games. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
- Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Players may not stack bonuses unless the specific promotion explicitly permits stacking.
- Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated timeframe, which is typically 7 to 30 days from the date of crediting depending on the promotion.
- zz55 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Where a bonus is withdrawn before a player has been able to claim it, zz55 will provide reasonable advance notice.
Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate the zz55 bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, placing opposing bets to guarantee outcomes, or using coordinated strategies to reduce wagering risk — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses, the voiding of relevant winnings, and the suspension or permanent closure of all involved accounts.
6 User Obligations
By using the zz55 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with the following obligations at all times:
- You will use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
- You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or its games.
- You will not attempt to access any part of the platform's technical infrastructure, including back-end systems, databases, or game servers, without explicit written authorisation from zz55.
- You will not engage in collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in connection with any game or sports bet on the platform.
- You will not use the platform to engage in or facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
- You will not upload, transmit, or distribute any harmful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or illegal content through any communication feature of the platform.
- You will notify zz55 immediately if you become aware of any security vulnerability, error, or bug in the platform that could provide an unfair advantage or cause financial harm. You must not exploit any such vulnerability — you must report it to [email protected].
- You will not impersonate any other person, including other players or zz55 staff members, in any communication on or related to the platform.
Breach of any of the above obligations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary Closure
Players may close their zz55 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, zz55 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard KYC and fraud checks. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gaming for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion through the account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 30 days up to permanent exclusion. During the self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and all marketing communications suspended. Players who self-exclude are strongly encouraged to also contact their device's app store and browser to activate any available gambling content filters.
Closure by zz55
zz55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion, in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
- Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
- Discovery that the player is a registered self-excluded individual on another gaming platform.
- Receipt of a request from a regulatory authority, law enforcement body, or financial institution.
- Extended inactivity (accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to closure after written notice to the registered email address).
Where an account is closed by zz55 due to a Terms violation, zz55 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no wrongdoing is established, the real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
8 Limitation of Liability
zz55 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform is available, accurate, and free from technical errors, we do not provide any warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the platform or any game offered on it.
Service Interruptions
zz55 shall not be liable for any losses arising from temporary service outages, maintenance windows, technical faults, or any interruption caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider failures, power outages, natural disasters, or force majeure events. In the event of a game round being interrupted before completion due to a technical fault, zz55 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and determine the correct outcome, or void the round and return the stake to the player.
Game Errors
In the event of a manifest error — including a game software error that displays an incorrect odds figure, an impossible payout amount, or any clearly erroneous game result — zz55 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds affected by the error, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time. "Manifest error" means an error that is, or should be, obvious to any reasonable person.
Maximum Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zz55's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. zz55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless zz55 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and technology partners from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the platform, or your breach of any applicable law or regulation.
Responsible Gaming Disclaimer
zz55 provides responsible gaming tools as described in these Terms and on the Responsible Gaming page. However, zz55 shall not be held liable for any financial, psychological, or social harm arising from a player's choice to continue gaming beyond the limits they have set for themselves, or from any failure to use the responsible gaming tools made available to them.
